Strange behaviour of applications using any dependency injection framework

Any application using GroupMe SDK in order with a dependency injection framework like Structuremap, can run into problems with the construction of the GroupMe SDK classes / use of the assembly.

Reason for this is, that the GroupMe SDK assemblies defines a explicit culture rather than the invariant culture. Therefore the .NET environment requires this assembly to sit in a sub-directory as a satelite assembly (which is clearly not intented by me :)).
